What happens after you start?
- Choose the route. Your passport nationality and purpose determine which questions and documents appear. A US tourist needs the Multiple Entry category even for one holiday; a conference visit should not automatically be treated as a Business assignment.
- Enter your details once. Reuse your current address as your permanent address where appropriate. Passport country, travel dates and host details stay together in the same application.
- Upload and review. Provide a readable passport information page, a recent portrait photo and return or onward travel evidence. Business and non-tourist Multiple Entry applications need additional evidence relevant to their purpose.
- Check the complete price. Review the answers, government fee, assistance fee and any optional upgrade before payment. We may contact you if a document needs correction.
For example, an eligible UK holiday traveller visiting both a mainland safari and Zanzibar without leaving Tanzania normally starts with Ordinary. A US holiday traveller selects Multiple Entry. A consultant arriving for a specific short assignment should check the Business requirements and contract evidence. These are route examples, not a guarantee of eligibility.
Your documents and your payment
Passport documents are stored in private application storage and accessed through protected application links. Keep your return link private. You can read the privacy policy and request help with your data through the contact page.
Prices are quoted in USD. When Epoint card checkout is used, the payment is charged in AZN; the checkout shows the AZN amount and conversion before you proceed. Your bank may apply its own conversion or fees. Review the displayed amount before authorizing payment.
Read the refund policy before paying. A government visa refusal does not automatically make government charges refundable. An urgent service option concerns our preparation work and does not buy priority from Immigration.
Before you begin
- Have your passport, portrait photo, intended travel dates and accommodation address ready. Check that the passport meets the official validity requirements.
- Use an email address you can access. Save the secure return link if you need to finish later.
- Do not start or pay for a second application merely because an existing application is pending. Use the original application provider or official status channel first.
Common questions
Can you guarantee my visa before departure?
No. Government checks and extra-document requests can affect timing. Apply well before travel and avoid relying on an unissued visa for a fixed departure.
Can I stop and finish the form later?
Yes. After the quick-start details, save progress and keep your secure return link. The form also attempts to save as you continue; if a save fails, it keeps your entered answers and shows a retry message.
Do you offer Transit, Student or work permits?
Our assisted form offers Ordinary, Multiple Entry and Business only. Other categories and permits must be checked with the relevant authority. A Business visa does not replace a work or residence permit.
